Shipping 

As every item is made to order especially for you, your order is usually shipped within 1-2 weeks after we received your payment. We ship with the priority swiss postal service. We will send you the tracking number as soon as your order has left the studio so you can check for shipping details and delivery time. The package will be sent with reception signature request which allow to insure the lost up to 150 CHF.

For shipments abroad, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a package is returned to Anaïde Davoudlarian because the customer did not claim the package, we do not send replacements.

RETURNABLE ITEMS
One size items (necklaces, earring, pendants).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Made to measure items (rings, bracelets, any special order items).

RETURNS (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
We advise you to use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you only use simple shipment.
